Step 1
We discuss your financial situation, in complete confidence. Then look at your income and expenditure and agree an affordable monthly payment that will be used to make repayments to your creditors whilst allowing for your day to day expenses.
We will then send you an introductory pack detailing the payment programme that we have discussed. Once we have received your signed authorisation and first payment we are able to take the next step on your behalf.
Step 2
Once you are on the programme you will be able to leave the rest to us. You will get a single point of contact, your own personal financial Manager, who is available to give expert help and financial advice whenever you need it.

You are now on your way to financial peace of mind. Our team will continue to maintain your account and send you monthly statements showing payments made on your behalf. Should your circumstances change our team will be there to advise you or adapt your programme accordingly.
