As soon as you contact us you are that much closer to sorting out your problem.
Step 1
Complete the application form and submit it together with the application fee of R57 and various other documentation requested by us.
Step 2
We will register your information on all credit bureaus and inform all of your creditors that your are under debt review.
Your creditors will now have 10 days to respond to our requests for various information regarding your accounts.
All collection work done by your creditors will stop until we have have completed your review (the process can take up to 40 days).
Step 3
Once we have completed our review will will make a recommendation to your creditors and act on your behalf. If this is accepted we can then make an informal arrangement with your creditors. However if this recommendation is not accepted action can be taken through the courts in order to have the offer and recommendation accepted formally.
