FEE STRUCTURE
2009 Fee Structure for all Government approved Debt Counsellors in South Africa.
These fees are subject to change according to current legislation by the National Credit Regulator.
1. Application Fee: R50 + VAT + any bank charges + R15 credit report.
(Bank transfer: R72)
(Cash deposit: R87)
This is for your initial assessment and placing you under the Debt Review program
2. Initial Fee -- this Fee is included in your first monthly payment, meaning you will NOT be paying additional funds to be set up on the debt review program.
3. Ongoing Fees - these are also built into the monthly payments, so there are NO additional charges over and above the restructured and reduced monthly payment that has negotiated for you.
The built in fees:
5% + VAT of monthly payments to the Central Distribution Agency will be charged to a maximum of R300. After the second year this fee is reduced to 3%.
