Account Manager
Job Summary:
To be the key customer contact point, take and process customer applications, liaise with customers post-sale, deal with client creditors and be responsible for the ongoing relationship management with a select group of customers.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Take customer phone calls
- Respond to customer emails
- Process customer applications and sign up clients
- Perform various administrative tasks as required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Outgoing personality and people skills is of key importance
- Sales/ telesales experience advantageous
- Some knowledge of personal finance advantageous
- Knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and being generally computer literate
- Well spoken in English and Afrikaans
- Xhosa an advantage
Credentials and Experience
- Matriculation
- Experience in the micro loan market or other relevant personal finance area is an advantage
- Customer service experience via telephone
- Minimum 5 years working experience
Salary
- According to experience - please indicate current income level in your application
